CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

● Cancellation at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time: No cancellation fee shall be charged, and any booking amount paid shall be refunded in full (after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, if any).

● Late Cancellation (within 2 hours prior to the appointment time): Where a booking is cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time, 50% of the booking fee may be retained or charged as a cancellation fee.

The full booking fee shall be payable and non-refundable in the following situations:

● Cancellation other than in accordance with the timelines specified above.

● Attempted cancellation on or after the appointment time has commenced.

● Failure to attend the appointment at the scheduled time or at the designated premises.

● Providing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading address or location details, resulting in the service provider being unable to attend.

● Failure to provide accurate and complete personal or contact details, including full name, phone number, or address.

● Booking a service that cannot be performed due to a contraindication or restriction clearly mentioned in the service description.

● Any conduct or omission by the customer that prevents or materially delays the performance of the service.

Cancellation fees are intended to fairly compensate the professional service provider where short notice cancellations make it unreasonable to expect the appointment slot to be reassigned or filled.

In exceptional circumstances, including medical emergencies or force majeure events, the platform may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, consider partial or full refunds.

Any such refunds shall be subject to verification and applicable deductions.
