This Privacy Policy sets out Blyss Infinitaas Ltd. and its affiliates’ (collectively, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) practices regarding the collection, storage, use, processing, handling, and disclosure of personal data that you choose to provide when you access the Blyss mobile application and related digital interfaces operated by the Company (together, the “Platform”) or when you avail any service, feature, or functionality made available on or facilitated through the Platform (collectively, the “Services”).
As a platform aggregator, Company facilitates the connection between users and independent third-party service providers. We do not employ, control, supervise, or manage such service providers, and we do not assume responsibility for the acts,omissions, or conduct of any third party. Accordingly, this Policy governs only the manner in which we collect and process your information in relation to your use of the Platform.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.However, to enable and improve the Services, ensure platform safety, facilitate transactions, and comply with applicable law, we must collect and process certain categories of personal data. This Policy explains the basis, scope, and manner in which such data is collected, processed, stored, safeguarded, and disclosed.
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms shall have the meaning assigned to them under our Terms and Conditions executed between you and Company (the “Terms”). This Privacy Policy shall be read together with and in consonance with the Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
By accessing, using, or continuing to use the Platform or any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, and you expressly consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal data in the manner set out herein. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must immediately discontinue access to the Platform and the Services.

The Services are made available to you by Blyss Infinitaas Ltd. (“Blyss” or the “Company”), through the Blyss mobile application and associated digital platforms. Our Grievance Officers are authorised solely to address concerns related to the processing of personal data under this Policy. They are not authorised to resolve disputes between you and any customer or third-party service provider.
This Policy applies solely to service professionals who access or intend to access the Platform for the purpose of independently offering or delivering services to endcustomers. All references to “you,” “your,” or “service professional” refer to the individual or entity that uses or seeks to use the Platform to list, market, or perform services in an independent capacity. Nothing in this Policy, nor in your use of the Platform or Services, shall be interpreted, deemed, or construed as creating any: a) Employer - employee relationship, b) Principal - agent relationship, c) partnership or joint venture, d) franchise relationship, e) association, f) fiduciary obligation You acknowledge that you operate as an independent contractor, and you are solely responsible for: a) the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of your services, b) obtaining all applicable licences, permits, authorisations, and certifications, c) complying with all professional standards, and d) fulfilling all contractual obligations owed to customers. The Platform functions only as a neutral, technology-based intermediary and marketplace facilitator that enables interactions, listings, communication, and transactions between you and customers. The Platform does not: a) hire, supervise, control, or manage you; b) direct how, when, or where you perform your services; c) guarantee work, income, or bookings; or d) assume responsibility for your conduct, representations, qualifications, or service outcomes.
We may periodically revise, update, or amend this Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements, our business practices, or technological developments. We encourage you to review this Policy regularly to stay informed of how we handle your personal data. It is essential that the personal data you provide to us remains accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to immediately notify us of any changes to your personal data during the course of your engagement with us. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by you.
The Platform may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, plug-ins, tools, applications, or services (“Third-Party Services”). Accessing such Third-Party Services may allow those third parties to collect, store, or process data about you. We do not control, endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services or their privacy practices. Your access to such Third-Party Services shall be governed exclusively by their respective privacy policies and terms. We expressly disclaim any liability arising out of your reliance on, access to, or interaction with any Third-Party Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all liability, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, statutory, contractual, or otherwise, arising out of or relating to your reliance on, engagement with, or use of any Third-Party Services, including any data collection, data loss, misuse, service deficiency, or breach attributable to such third parties. Your interactions with Third-Party Services shall not, under any circumstances, be deemed to create any relationship, obligation, or responsibility on the part of theCompany.
The Platform is not intended for minors (individuals under the age of 18 years). We do not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a minor without valid consent or legal authorisation, we will: delete such data, and terminate the associated account. We collect, receive, and process multiple categories of personal data for the limited purpose of enabling, supporting, and improving your access to and use of the Platform and the Services. Such collection is undertaken to facilitate identity verification, ensure platform integrity, enhance security, provide operational functionality, and comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations. The categories of personal data we may process include, without limitation, the following: 1. Contact Data – email address, phone number, and permanent address. 2. Health-Related Data – limited information regarding illness history, only when specifically required for verification or service-eligibility purposes. 3. Identity, Character-Verification & Profile Data – your name, gender, date of birth, age, contact number, address, postal code, profile headline, service descriptions, photographs and videos, business-related information, work experience, salary-related information, training certificates, government-issued identifiers (Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, driver’s licence, etc.), educational and employment records, verification reports, references, travel preferences, language preferences, personal transport details, and information submitted through testimonials, surveys, polls, or feedback. 4. Insurance-Related Data – details of insured persons, identification numbers of the primary insured, enrolment dates, nominee details, and contact information. 5. Loan Application Data – Aadhaar and PAN details, residential address (permanent and current), NACH details, scanned cheque copies, bank statements, passbook information, and relationship-proof documents. 6. Technical Data – IP address, device ID, device type, domain name, operating system details, browser type, timestamps of Platform access, device metadata, approximate location data, and information on applications used. 7. Transaction & Usage Data – SMS-based transaction information, debit/credit card details, GST data, PAN details, bank details, bank statements, credit information, call logs (to the extent made through the Platform), app usage metrics, user-activity logs, chat transcripts with customers, and email communication patterns. You expressly acknowledge and agree that: 1. Your engagement with the Platform is entirely voluntary and independent, and you use the Platform only as a means of connecting with potential customers. 2. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you act in an entirely independent capacity, and that the Company disclaims any and all vicarious, derivative, or substituted liability arising out of your acts, omissions, services, representations, or interactions with customers.
We may collect, use, and share aggregated or anonymised data such as statistical or demographic information for any legitimate purpose. Although aggregated data may be derived from your personal data, it does not constitute personal data if it does not directly or indirectly identify you. If aggregated data is combined with personal data in a manner that makes you identifiable, we will treat the combined information as personal data and process it in accordance with this Policy.
Where personal data is required (i) by law, (ii) under contractual obligations, or (iii) for the proper functioning of the Platform, failure to provide such information may prevent us from fulfilling our obligations under the Terms. In such circumstances, we may be compelled to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to certain Services. You will be notified at the relevant time if such action becomes necessary.
We use different methods to collect personal data from and about you including through:
Direct Interactions. You provide us your personal data when you interact with us. This includes personal data you provide when you: (i) create an account or profile with us at the time of registration; (ii) use the Platform or the Services; (iii) enter a promotion, user poll, or online surveys; or (iv) report a problem with the Platform and/or our Services, give us feedback, or contact us, or through testimonials
We automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns each time you use the Services. We collect this personal data by using cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, server logs, and other similar technologies. We may also receive Technical Data about you if you visit other websites that employ our cookies.
We will receive personal data about you from various third parties: (i) Technical Data from analytics providers such as Facebook, and advertising networks; (ii) Background verifiers; (iii) Credit information from credit bureaus (to the extent permitted by law); and (iv) Identity and profile-related data from publicly available sources.
(a) We will use your personal data only in accordance with applicable law. Most commonly, we process personal data where it is necessary (i) to perform or facilitate the Services; (ii) to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation; or (iii) for purposes of our legitimate business interests that do not override your rights. We use your personal data for the following purposes, without limitation: (i) to verify your identity, and create your user account with us on the Platform at the time of registration; (ii) to assess the performance of your services rendered to customers; (iii) to monitor your activities on the Platform; (iv) to monitor trends and personalise your experience; (v) to improve the functionality of our Services based on the information and feedback we receive from you; (vi) to improve and facilitate customer service to effectively respond to end users’ Service requests, grievances, and support needs; (vii) to process payments; (viii) to process loan applications (if any); (ix) to undertake credit assessment risks for short-term credits provided by us to you; (x) to help you avail a group personal accident insurance policy through us; (xi) to send periodic notifications to manage our relationship with you including to notify you of changes to our Services, and to receive occasional company news and updates related to us or the Services; (xii) to administer and protect our business and the Platform, including for troubleshooting, data analysis, system testing, and performing internal operations; (xiii) to improve our business and delivery models; (xiv) to perform our obligations that arise out of the arrangement we are about to enter or have entered with you; (xv) to enforce our Terms; (xvi) to market our Services to you; (xvii) to comply with our legal obligations; and (xviii) to respond to court orders, establish or exercise our legal rights, or defend ourselves against legal claims.
You agree and acknowledge that by using our Services and creating an account with us on the Platform, you authorise us, our associate partners, affiliates, and end-users or customers to contact you via email, phone, or otherwise. This is to enable us to provide the Services to our customers and end-users, provide you with marketing material, and ensure that you are aware of all the features of the Services.
You agree and acknowledge that any and all information pertaining to you, whether or not you directly provide it to us (via the Services or otherwise), including but not limited to personal correspondence such as emails, instructions from you, etc., may be collected, compiled, and shared by us in order to render the Services to you. This may include but not be limited to vendors, social media companies, third-party service providers, storage providers, data analytics providers, consultants, lawyers, and auditors. We may also share this information with other entities in the group in connection with the above-mentioned purposes
You agree and acknowledge that we may share data without your consent, when it is required by law or by any court or government agency or authority to disclose such information. Such disclosures are made in good faith and belief that it is reasonably necessary to do so for enforcing this Policy or the Terms, or in order to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
We may share your personal data with third parties set out below for the purposes described in Section 4: (i) Internal third parties, which are other companies within the Company group of companies. (ii) External third parties such as: A. Trusted third parties such as our associate partners and service providers that provide services for us or on our behalf. This includes hosting and operating our Platform, providing marketing assistance, conducting our business, processing payments and transaction-related processes, transmitting content, conducting credit-assessment risks for short-term credits availed by you, processing insurance-related claims, and enabling the provision of Services to end-users or customers. B. Customers who seek to use or have used the services you choose to offer through the Platform. C. Analytic service providers and advertising networks that conduct web analytics to help us improve our Platform and Services. These providers may use cookies and other similar technologies. D. Regulators, governmental authorities, courts, tribunals, or other bodies, where required by applicable law or regulation.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with applicable law. We do not permit our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process such data for specified purposes and strictly in accordance with our instructions.
You hereby represent and warrant that all personal data provided by you to us whether during registration, onboarding, or in the course of using the Services is complete,accurate, current, and truthful. You agree to promptly update or correct your personal data whenever there is any change, or whenever such data becomes inaccurate,outdated, or misleading.Where permitted by law, we will make reasonable and commercially practicable efforts to provide you with the ability to access, review, update, or rectify your personal data that is incorrect or incomplete. Such access or modification may be subject to verification requirements, internal policies, and applicable legal or regulatory restrictions.Your failure to ensure the accuracy or completeness of your personal data may result in limitations on your ability to use the Platform or Services, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
We comply with applicable laws in respect of the storage and transfer of personal data. As part of your use of the Services, the information and personal data you provide to us may be transferred to and stored in countries other than the country in which you are based. This may occur where our servers are located outside your country of residence or where one or more of our service providers are located in a different country. Where personal data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction, we implement appropriate safeguards, including: • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs); • Data Processing Agreements; • Encryption and access controls.
By submitting your information and personal data to us, you expressly consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of such information and personal data in the manner described above.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. All such measures are maintained in accordance with industry standards and the requirements of applicable law. These safeguards include, where applicable, encryption, access controls, internal data-handling protocols, monitoring mechanisms, and periodic security assessments. We maintain and update these measures in accordance with industry best practices, reasonable security standards, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Notwithstanding our efforts, you acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to security risks, and we do not guarantee absolute security of your data.
When you use our Services, we make reasonable efforts to provide mechanisms that allow you to access, review, and correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may request a copy of your personal data by writing to us at help@blyssworld.com. The Company may take up to seven (7) working days to process and respond to such requests.
If we send you marketing or promotional emails, we will include clear instructions to help you opt out of receiving such communications. Upon receiving your opt-out request, please allow us up to ten (10) business days to update our systems and give effect to your preference. Please note that even after opting out of marketing communications, you may still receive non-promotional emails relating to your user account, service-related notifications, or transactions you have initiated with us.
You agree and acknowledge that your personal data will continue to be stored and retained by us for as long as necessary to fulfill our stated purpose(s) and for a reasonable period after the termination of your account on the Platform or access to the Services to comply with our legal rights and obligations.
In some circumstances, we may aggregate your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, you may request deletion of your account and the personal data stored with the Company by sending an email to help@blyssworld.com. The Company may take up to seven (7) working days to process and give effect to your request. Upon deletion of your account, you will lose access to all Services. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that all data relating to transactions conducted by you on the Platform shall be retained by the Company in accordance with applicable law.
You acknowledge and agree that in the event the Company undergoes a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or any part of its business, assets, or operations, your personal data may be transferred as part of such transaction. Any successor entity or acquiring party will be required to process your personal data in compliance with applicable law and under privacy protections that are substantially similar to, or more protective than, those set out in this Policy. To the extent required under applicable law, we will notify you of any such transfer through the Platform or by other appropriate means.
As a service professional, you may receive customers’ personal data (e.g., address, phone number, preferences). You must: use customer data only to perform the service never store, sell, share, or misuse customer data delete customer data when no longer required follow all applicable privacy laws Violation may result in suspension or termination.
You must not upload or share: illegal, obscene, or defamatory content copyrighted materials without permission personal data of others without lawful basis malicious software, bots, or harmful scripts

Where any material changes are made, we will notify you by posting the updated Policy on the Platform or through other appropriate means, including email. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Platform following such notice shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
